Welcome To Heartland Squadron. We’re looking for outstanding teens and adults like you who are interested in serving their community and growing personally. If you’re ready to become part of our award-winning team to get equipped in Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education, then come check out all Heartland Squadron has to offer.

Cadet Program – Heartland Squadron’s Cadets are second to none. These outstanding young men and women, ages 12-18, are disciplined, motivated, and have earned top CAP achievements, including multiple Spaatz and Eaker awards. Our Cadets have gone on to attend the US Air Force Military Academy and other Service Academies, earned scholarships to top Universities, and pursued successful careers. Heartland Cadets lead by example, have fun, and have opportunities to fly!

Volunteer Service – From Search and Rescue training and missions, to volunteering for community events like Air Shows, Honor Guards, Fly-ins, and NASCAR, Heartland members make a real difference in our Kansas City region. And when the chips are down, our Emergency Services capabilities, experience, and resources can make a real difference. Come check out the important mission of the Heartland Squadron.
